Description of bankruptcy and granting respite
بيان الإفلاس وإعطاء المهلة
Mishkat al-Masabih 2916
Bara' bin 'Azib (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "The indebted person is imprisoned because of his debt, and he will complain to his Lord about his loneliness on the Day of Resurrection." This narration is weak (in authenticity). It is mentioned in Sharh al-Sunnah.
Grade: Da'if
براء بن عازب ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ مقروض شخص اپنے قرض کی وجہ سے محبوس ہے ، وہ روزِ قیامت اپنے رب سے تنہائی کی شکایت کرے گا ۔‘‘ اسنادہ ضعیف ، رواہ فی شرح السنہ ۔
Bara bin Aazib bayan karte hain, Rasool Allah ne farmaya: Maqrooz shakhs apne qarz ki waja se mehboos hai, wo roz-e-qiyamat apne Rab se tanhai ki shikayat karega. Isnadah zaeef, riwayat fi Sharah al-Sunnah.
وَعَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «صَاحِبُ الدَّيْنِ مَأْسُورٌ بِدَيْنِهِ يَشْكُو إِلَى رَبِّهِ الْوَحْدَةَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَة» . رَوَاهُ فِي شرح السّنة
