بيان النظر إلى المرأة المخطوبة وأمور الحجاب
Mishkat al-Masabih 3102
‘Uqba b. ‘Amir reported God’s Messenger as saying, “Avoid going in where women are.” A man said, “Messenger of God, tell me about the relatives of a woman’s husband,” to which he replied, “The relatives of a woman’s husband are death.”* *The word "death” is used to indicate a strong prohibition, the idea being that they are a cause of temptation to a man’s wife. (Bukhari and Muslim.)

عقبہ بن عامر ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں ، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ عورتوں کے پاس جانے سے بچو ۔‘‘ کسی آدمی نے عرض کیا : اللہ کے رسول ! دیور کے بارے میں بتائیں ، آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ دیور تو موت ہے ۔‘‘ متفق علیہ ۔
Aqba bin Aamir RA bayan karte hain, Rasool Allah SAW ne farmaya: ''Auratoun ke paas jaane se bacho.'' Kisi aadmi ne arz kiya: Allah ke Rasool! Dewar ke bare mein bataein, aap SAW ne farmaya: ''Dewar to maut hai.'' Muttafiq alaih.
وَعَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: إِيَّاكُمْ وَالدُّخُولَ عَلَى النِّسَاءِ فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَرَأَيْتَ الْحَمْوَ؟ قَالَ: «الْحَمْوُ الْمَوْتُ»
