He reported the Prophet as saying, “A woman should be concealed, for when she goes out the devil looks at her.”* * The basic idea is to lift up the eyes to look at something. Here it is explained as meaning either that the devil makes her attractive to men, or that he looks at her to seduce her and to seduce people by her. Tirmidhi transmitted it.

ابن مسعود ؓ ، نبی ﷺ سے روایت کرتے ہیں ، آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ عورت پردہ ہے ، جب وہ (بے پردہ) نکلتی ہے تو شیطان اسے مزین کر کے دکھاتا ہے ۔‘‘ سندہ ضعیف ، رواہ الترمذی ۔
Ibn Masood RA, Nabi SAW se riwayat karte hain, Aap SAW ne farmaya: ''Aurat parda hai, jab wo (beparda) nikalti hai to shetan use muzaien kar ke dikhata hai.'' Sanad zaeef, riwayat Tirmizi.
وَعَنْهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «الْمَرْأَةُ عَوْرَةٌ فَإِذَا خَرَجَتِ اسْتَشْرَفَهَا الشَّيْطَانُ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ
