بيان النكاح Description of marriage contract, engagement, and conditions
بيان الإعلان عن النكاح، الخطبة / المنكحة والشروط
Mishkat al-Masabih 3143
‘Uqba b. ‘Amir reported God’s Messenger as saying, “The most worthy conditions you fulfil are those by which you make sexual intercourse lawful." (Bukhari and Muslim.)
Grade: Sahih
عقبہ بن عامر ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں ، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ جن شروط کے ساتھ تم نے شرم گاہوں کو حلال بنایا ہے ، وہ (شروط) زیادہ حق رکھتی ہیں کہ انہیں پورا کیا جائے ۔‘‘ متفق علیہ ۔
Aqba bin Aamir RA bayan karte hain, Rasool Allah SAW ne farmaya: ''Jin sharoot ke saath tum ne sharm gaahon ko halal banaya hai, wo (shuroot) zyada haq rakhti hain ke unhen poora kya jaye.'' Muttafiq alaih.
وَعَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أَحَقُّ الشُّرُوطِ أَنْ تُوفُوا بِهِ مَا اسْتَحْلَلْتُمْ بِهِ الْفروج»
