بيان الإعلان عن النكاح، الخطبة / المنكحة والشروط
Mishkat al-Masabih 3153
Muhammad b. Hatib al-Jumahi reported the Prophet as saying, “The distinction between what is lawful and what is unlawful is the song and the tambourine at a wedding.” Ahmad, Tirmidhi, Nasa’i and Ibn Majah transmitted it.
Grade: Sahih
محمد بن حاطب جمحی ؓ ، نبی ﷺ سے روایت کرتے ہیں ، آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ نکاح کے موقع پر (نکاح کی) تشہیر اور دف بجانا (نکاح) حلال اور حرام میں فرق کرتا ہے ۔‘‘ اسنادہ حسن ، رواہ احمد و الترمذی و النسائی و ابن ماجہ ۔
Muhammad bin Hatim Jamhi RA, Nabi SAW se riwayat karte hain, Aap SAW ne farmaya: “Nikah ke mauke par (Nikah ki) tasheer aur daf bajana (Nikah) halal aur haram mein farq karta hai.” Isnaadahu hasan, riwayah Ahmad wa Tirmidhi wa Nisa'i wa Ibn Majah.
وَعَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَاطِبٍ الْجُمَحِيِّ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: فَصَلَ مَا بَيْنَ الْحَلَالِ وَالْحَرَامِ: الصَّوْتُ وَالدُّفُّ فِي النِّكَاحِ . رَوَاهُ أَحْمد وَالتِّرْمِذِيّ وَالنَّسَائِيّ وَابْن مَاجَه
