Mishkat al-Masabih 334
Abu Ayyub al-Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “When you go to relieve yourself, do not face the Qibla or turn your back towards it, rather face east or west.” Agreed upon. Al-Shaykh al-Imam Muhyi al-Sunnah (may Allah have mercy on him) said: This hadith refers to open land. As for relieving oneself in a building, etc., there is no harm in it, as narrated from Abdullah ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him).

ابوایوب انصاری ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں ، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ جب تم قضائے حاجت کے لیے جاؤ تو قبلہ کی طرف منہ کرو نہ پشت ، بلکہ مشرق یا مغرب کی طرف منہ کرو ۔‘‘ متفق علیہ ۔\nالشیخ الامام محی السنہ ؒ نے فرمایا : یہ حدیث صحراء کے بارے میں ہے ، رہا عمارت وغیرہ میں قضائے حاجت کرنا تو اس میں کوئی حرج نہیں ، جیسا کہ عبداللہ بن عمر ؓ سے مروی ہے ۔\n
Abu Ayyub Ansari RA bayan karte hain, Rasool Allah SAW ne farmaya: ''Jab tum qaza e hajat ke liye jao to qibla ki taraf munh karo na pusht, balkeh mashriq ya maghrib ki taraf munh karo.'' Muttafiq Alaih.\nAl Shaikh Al Imam Mohi us Sunnah RA ne farmaya: Yeh hadees sahra ke bare mein hai, raha imarat waghaira mein qaza e hajat karna to is mein koi harj nahin, jaisa ke Abdullah bin Umar RA se marvi hai.
عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِذَا أَتَيْتُمُ الْغَائِطَ فَلَا تَسْتَقْبِلُوا الْقِبْلَةَ وَلَا تَسْتَدْبِرُوهَا وَلَكِنْ شَرِّقُوا أَوْ غَرِّبُوا»\قَالَ الشَّيْخ الإِمَام محيي السّنة C: هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ فِي الصَّحْرَاءِ وَأَمَّا فِي الْبُنْيَانِ فَلَا بَأْس لما رُوِيَ:\
