بيان النان والنفقة وحق المملوك
Mishkat al-Masabih 3351
Abu Huraira told that he heard Abul Qasim (i.e. the Prophet) say, “If any one reviles his slave when he is innocent of what he said, he will be beaten on the day of resurrection, unless it is as he said.” (Bukhari and Muslim.)

ابوہریرہ ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں ، میں نے ابوالقاسم ﷺ کو فرماتے ہوئے سنا :’’ جس نے اپنے مملوک پر بہتان باندھا جبکہ وہ اس سے بری ہو جو اس نے کہا تو روزِ قیامت اسے کوڑے ماریں جائیں گے مگر یہ کہ وہ ویسے ہی ہو جیسے اس نے کہا ۔‘‘ متفق علیہ ۔
Abu Hurairah riwayat karte hain, mainne Abu al Qasim SAW ko farmate huye suna: ''Jis ne apne mamlook par buhtan bandha jabke wo us se bari ho jo us ne kaha to roz-e-qiyamat use kore maare jayenge magar ye ke wo waise hi ho jaise us ne kaha.'' Muttafiq alaih.
وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْقَاسِمِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «مَنْ قَذَفَ مَمْلُوكَهُ وَهُوَ بَرِيءٌ مِمَّا قَالَ جُلِدَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ كَمَا قَالَ»
