بيان وعيد الخمر وشاربها

Ibn ‘Umar reported the Prophet as saying, “Thesultanis God’s shade on the earth to which each one of His servants who is wronged repairs. When he is just he will have a reward, and it is the duty of the common people to be grateful; but when he acts tyrannically the burden rests on him, and it is the duty of the common people to show endurance.” Baihaqi transmitted inShuab al iman.

ابن عمر ؓ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ بے شک بادشاہ ، زمین پر اللہ کا سایہ ہے ، جہاں اس کا ہر مظلوم بندہ پناہ حاصل کرتا ہے ، جب وہ عدل کرتا ہے تو اس کے لیے اجر ہے ، اور رعیت کے ذمہ شکر کرنا ہے ، اور جب وہ ظلم کرتا ہے تو اس پر گناہ ہوتا ہے اور رعیت کے ذمہ صبر کرنا ہے ۔‘‘ اسنادہ ضعیف جذا ، رواہ البیھقی فی شعب الایمان ۔
Ibn Umar RA se riwayat hai keh Nabi SAW ne farmaya: ''Be shak badshah zameen par Allah ka saya hai jahan uska har mazloom banda panah hasil karta hai jab wo adl karta hai to uske liye ajr hai aur raiyat ke zimme shukar karna hai aur jab wo zulm karta hai to us par gunah hota hai aur raiyat ke zimme sabar karna hai.'' Asnada zaeef jiza riwayat al baihaqi fi shoaib ul imaan.
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِنَّ السُّلْطَانَ ظِلُّ اللَّهِ فِي الْأَرْضِ يَأْوِي إِلَيْهِ كُلُّ مَظْلُومٍ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ فَإِذَا عَدَلَ كَانَ لَهُ الْأَجْرُ وَعَلَى الرَّعِيَّةِ الشُّكْرُ وَإِذَا جَارَ كَانَ عَلَيْهِ الْإِصْرُ وعَلى الرّعية الصَّبْر»
