‘A'isha told that some people said, “Messenger of God, there are people here, recent converts from polytheism, who bring us meat and we do not know whether or not they mention God’s name over it.” He replied, “Mention God’s name yourselves and eat.” Bukhari transmitted it.

عائشہ ؓ بیان کرتی ہیں ، صحابہ کرام ؓ نے عرض کیا ، اللہ کے رسول ! یہاں کچھ ایسے لوگ ہیں جو نئے نئے مسلمان ہوئے ہیں ، وہ ہمارے پاس گوشت لاتے ہیں ، ہم نہیں جانتے کہ آیا وہ اس پر اللہ کا نام لیتے ہیں یا نہیں ، آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ تم اللہ کا نام لو اور کھاؤ ۔‘‘ رواہ البخاری ۔
Ayesha bayan karti hain, Sahaba kiram ne arz kiya, Allah ke Rasool! Yahan kuch aise log hain jo naye naye musalman huye hain, wo humare pass gosht late hain, hum nahin jante ki aya wo is par Allah ka naam lete hain ya nahin, Aap ne farmaya: ''Tum Allah ka naam lo aur khao.'' Riwayat Bukhari.
وَعَن عَائِشَة قَالَت: قَالُوا: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ هُنَا أَقْوَامًا حَدِيثٌ عَهْدُهُمْ بِشِرْكٍ يَأْتُونَنَا بِلُحْمَانٍ لَا نَدْرِي أَيَذْكُرُونَ اسْمَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهَا أَمْ لَا؟ قَالَ: «اذْكُرُوا أَنْتُم اسمَ اللَّهِ وكلوا» . رَوَاهُ البُخَارِيّ
