Mishkat al-Masabih 4128
Jabir said the Prophet forbade eating cats or what is paid for them. 1 1. This might be either what was paid in kind, or what was bought with money paid for them. Abu Dawud and Tirmidhi transmitted it.

جابر ؓ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے بلی کے گوشت اور اس کی قیمت کھانے سے منع فرمایا ہے ۔ صحیح ، رواہ ابوداؤد و الترمذی ۔
Jabar RA se riwayat hai keh Nabi SAW ne billi ke gosht aur is ki qeemat khane se mana farmaya hai. Sahih, Riwayat Abu Dawood wa Tirmidhi.
