Anas said they were told not to let more than forty days elapse between the times they clipped the moustache, pared the nails, plucked out hairs under the armipits and shaved the pubes. Muslim transmitted it.

انس ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں ، مونچھیں کترانے ، ناخن تراشنے ، بغلوں کے بال اکھاڑنے اور زیر ناف بال مونڈنے کے متعلق ہمارے لیے وقت مقرر کیا گیا کہ ہم (انہیں) چالیس روز سے زیادہ نہ چھوڑیں ۔ رواہ مسلم ۔
Anas bayan karte hain, moochhen katrane, nakhun tarashne, baghlon ke baal ukhadne aur zer e naaf baal moondne ke mutalliq hamare liye waqt muqarrar kiya gaya ke hum (inhen) chalis roz se ziada na chhoren. Riwayat Muslim.
وَعَن أَنس قَالَ: وُقِّتَ لَنَا فِي قَصِّ الشَّارِبِ وَتَقْلِيمِ الْأَظْفَارِ وَنَتْفِ الْإِبِطِ وَحَلْقِ الْعَانَةِ أَنْ لَا تُتْرَكَ أَكثر من أَرْبَعِينَ لَيْلَة. رَوَاهُ مُسلم
