Description of the virtue of the poor and the Prophet's (SAW) passing
بيان فضل الفقراء ومرور النبي ﷺ
Mishkat al-Masabih 5244
Narrated Anas: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "O Allah! Keep me alive as a poor person, cause me to die as a poor person and gather me among the group of the poor." 'Aishah said, "O Messenger of Allah! Why?" He said, "Because they will enter Paradise forty years before the rich. O 'Aishah! Do not turn away any poor person empty-handed even if it is with a piece of a date. O 'Aishah! Love the poor and bring them near to you, for on the Day of Resurrection, Allah will bring you near to Him." (Isnad is weak, Narrated by Tirmidhi and Al-Bayhaqi in Shu'ab al-Iman)

انس ؓ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ اے اللہ ! مجھے مسکین زندہ رکھنا ، مسکین ہی فوت کرنا اور مجھے مساکین کے گروہ میں جمع فرمانا ۔‘‘ عائشہ ؓ نے عرض کیا : اللہ کے رسول ! کیوں ؟ آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ کیونکہ وہ مال داروں سے چالیس سال پہلے جنت میں جائیں گے ، عائشہ ! کسی مسکین کو خالی ہاتھ نہ موڑنا خواہ کھجور کا ایک ٹکڑا ہو ، عائشہ ! مساکین سے محبت کرنا ، انہیں قریب رکھنا چنانچہ روز قیامت اللہ تجھے (اپنے) قریب کرے گا ۔‘‘ اسنادہ ضعیف ، رواہ الترمذی و البیھقی فی شعب الایمان ۔
Anas RA se riwayat hai ke Nabi SAW ne farmaya: Aye Allah! Mujhe miskeen zinda rakhna, miskeen hi wafaat karna aur mujhe misakeen ke giroh mein jama farmana. Ayesha RA ne arz kiya: Allah ke Rasool! Kyon? Aap SAW ne farmaya: Kyunki woh mal daron se chalis saal pehle jannat mein jayenge, Ayesha! Kisi miskeen ko khali haath na morna chahe khajoor ka ek tukda ho, Ayesha! Misakeen se muhabbat karna, unhein qareeb rakhna chunancha roz qayamat Allah tujhe (apne) qareeb karega. Isnadahu zaeef, riwayatut Tirmizi wal Baihaqi fi Shu'abul Imaan.
وَعَنْ أَنَسٍ\أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «اللَّهُمَّ أَحْيِنِي مِسْكِينًا وَأَمِتْنِي مِسْكِينًا وَاحْشُرْنِي فِي زُمْرَةِ الْمَسَاكِينِ» فَقَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ: لِمَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ؟ قَالَ: «إِنَّهُمْ يَدْخُلُونَ الْجَنَّةَ قَبْلَ أَغْنِيَائِهِمْ بِأَرْبَعِينَ خَرِيفًا يَا عَائِشَةُ لَا تَرُدِّي الْمِسْكِينَ وَلَوْ بِشِقِّ تَمْرَةٍ يَا عَائِشَةُ أَحِبِّي الْمَسَاكِينَ وَقَرِّبِيهِمْ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ يُقَرِّبُكَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ» رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَالْبَيْهَقِيُّ فِي «شُعَبِ الْإِيمَانِ»\
