It is narrated on the authority of Anas that on the night of Miraj, Buraq was brought to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) with a bridle and saddle. When it resisted the Prophet's attempt to mount it, Gabriel said to it, "Do you behave like this with Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)? No one more honorable in the sight of Allah has ever mounted you." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Hearing this, (Buraq) was drenched in sweat." (Tirmidhi). Tirmidhi said, "This hadith is gharib." Its chain of narration is weak. Narrated by Tirmidhi.

انس ؓ سے روایت ہے کہ معراج کی رات نبی ﷺ کے پاس براق لائی گئی جسے لگام ڈالی گئی تھی اور اس پر زین سجائی گئی تھی ، اس نے آپ کے بیٹھنے میں رکاوٹ پیدا کی تو جبریل ؑ نے اسے فرمایا : کیا تم محمد ﷺ کے ساتھ یہ سلوک کرتی ہو ؟ اللہ کے ہاں ان سے بڑھ کر معزز کسی شخصیت نے تجھ پر سواری نہیں کی ہو گی ۔ آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ (یہ سن کر) وہ (براق) پسینے سے شرابور ہو گئی ۔ ترمذی ، اور انہوں نے فرمایا : یہ حدیث غریب ہے ۔ اسنادہ ضعیف ، رواہ الترمذی ۔
Anas se riwayat hai ke miraj ki raat Nabi ke pass Buraq laayi gayi jise lagaam daali gayi thi aur is par zeen sajaayi gayi thi, is ne aap ke baithne mein rukaawat paida ki to Jibraeel ne ise farmaya: kya tum Muhammad ke saath ye suluk karti ho? Allah ke haan in se barh kar moazziz kisi shakhsiyat ne tujh par sawari nahi ki hogi. Aap ne farmaya: ''(ye sun kar) woh (Buraq) paseene se sharabor ho gayi. Tirmizi, aur unhon ne farmaya: ye hadees gareeb hai. Isnaad-e-zaeef, riwayat-ut-Tirmizi.
وَعَنْ\أَنَسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أُتِيَ بِالْبُرَاقِ لَيْلَةَ أُسْرِيَ بِهِ مُلْجَمًا مُسْرجاً فاستصعب عَلَيْهِ فَقَالَ لَهُ جِبْرِيل: أَبِمُحَمَّدٍ تَفْعَلُ هَذَا؟ قَالَ: فَمَا رَكِبَكَ أَحَدٌ أَكْرَمُ عَلَى اللَّهِ مِنْهُ قَالَ: فَارْفَضَّ عَرَقًا. رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَقَالَ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ\
