Ibn ‘Abbas said, “When I was near the age of puberty I came riding on a she-ass and found God’s Messenger leading the people in prayer at Mina with no wall in front of him. I passed in front of part of the row of worshippers, and dismounting, let my she-ass go to pasture and joined the row, and no one objected to that.” (Bukhari and Muslim.)

ابن عباس ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں ، میں ایک دن گدھی پر سوار ہو کر آیا ، میں ان دنوں قریب البلوغ تھا ، جبکہ رسول اللہ اس وقت کسی دیوار کی اوٹ لیے بغیر منیٰ میں نماز پڑھا رہے تھے ، پس میں ایک صف کے آگے سے گزرا ، پھر میں گدھی سے اترا اور اسے چرنے کے لیے چھوڑ دیا ، اور خود صف میں شامل ہو گیا ، اور کسی نے بھی مجھ پر اعتراض نہ کیا ۔ متفق علیہ ۔
Ibn Abbas bayan karte hain, mein ek din gadhe par sawar ho kar aaya, mein un dinon qareeb ul بلوغ tha, jabke Rasool Allah us waqt kisi deewar ki oat liye baghair Mina mein namaz parha rahe the, pas mein ek saf ke aage se guzra, phir mein gadhe se utra aur use charne ke liye chhor diya, aur khud saf mein shamil ho gaya, aur kisi ne bhi mujh par aitraz nah kia. Muttafiq Alaih.
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: أَقْبَلْتُ رَاكِبًا عَلَى أَتَانٍ وَأَنَا يَوْمَئِذٍ قَدْ نَاهَزْتُ الِاحْتِلَامَ وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي بِالنَّاسِ بِمِنًى إِلَى غَيْرِ جِدَارٍ فَمَرَرْتُ بَين يَدي الصَّفّ فَنزلت فَأرْسلت الْأَتَانَ تَرْتَعُ وَدَخَلْتُ فِي الصَّفِّ فَلَمْ يُنْكِرْ ذَلِك عَليّ أحد
