Ibn ‘Abbas said that God’s Messenger used to begin his prayer with, “In the name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful.” Tirmidhi transmitted it and said that theisnadof this tradition is not approved.

ابن عباس ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں ، رسول اللہ ﷺ اپنی نماز (بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم) سے شروع کیا کرتے تھے ۔ ترمذی ، اور انہوں نے فرمایا : اس حدیث کی سند قوی نہیں ۔ حسن ، رواہ الترمذی ۔
