باب الْكَشْفِ عَنْ مَعَايِبِ، رُوَاةِ الْحَدِيثِ وَنَقَلَةِ الأَخْبَارِ وَقَوْلِ الأَئِمَّةِ فِي ذَلِكَ
Sahih Muslim Introduction 47
Hajjāj bin ash-Shā’ir narrated to me, Ahmad- meaning Ibn Yūnus- narrated to us, Zā’idah narrated to us, on authority of al-A’mash, on authority of Ibrāhīm that al-Hārith said:‘I studied the Qur’ān for three years and the revelation for two years’; or he said: ‘…the revelation in three years and the Qur’ān in two years ’.
ابراہیم نخعیؒ کہتے ہیں: حارث نے کہا: ”میں نے قرآن مجید تین سال میں سیکھا اور وحی دو سال میں، یا کہا کہ وحی تین سال میں سیکھی اور قرآن دو سال میں۔“ (یہی قول حضرت علقمہؒ کو کہی ہوئی بات کے مطابق ہے۔)
Ibrahim Nakhi (Rahmatullahi Alaih) kehte hain: Haris ne kaha: "Main ne Quran Majeed teen saal mein seekha aur wahi do saal mein, ya kaha ke wahi teen saal mein seekhi aur Quran do saal mein." (Yehi qaul Hazrat Alqama (Rahmatullahi Alaih) ko kahi hui baat ke mutabiq hai.)
وَحَدَّثَنِي حَجَّاجُ بْنُ الشَّاعِرِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ يُونُسَ - حَدَّثَنَا زَائِدَةُ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أَنَّ الْحَارِثَ، قَالَ تَعَلَّمْتُ الْقُرْآنَ فِي ثَلاَثِ سِنِينَ وَالْوَحْىَ فِي سَنَتَيْنِ - أَوْ قَالَ الْوَحْىَ فِي ثَلاَثِ سِنِينَ وَالْقُرْآنَ فِي سَنَتَيْنِ .
