باب الْكَشْفِ عَنْ مَعَايِبِ، رُوَاةِ الْحَدِيثِ وَنَقَلَةِ الأَخْبَارِ وَقَوْلِ الأَئِمَّةِ فِي ذَلِكَ
Sahih Muslim Introduction 69
Hajjāj bin ash-Shā’ir narrated to me, Sulaymān bin Harb narrated to us, Ibn Zayd, rather Hammād, narrated to us, he said, it was said to Ayyūb, ‘Indeed Amr bin Ubayd transmitted on authority of al-Hasan that he said:‘There is no flogging the one who gets drunk from Nabīdh’.’ [Ayyūb] said: ‘He lied, for I heard al-Hasan saying, ‘Flog the one who gets drunk from Nabīdh’.’
حماد بن زیدؒ کہتے ہیں: ایوبؒ کو بتایا گیا: کہ عمرو بن عبید، حسن بصریؒ سے نقل کرتا ہے ”کہ نبیذ سے نشہ آنے پر نشئی کو حد (کوڑے) نہیں لگائیں گے۔“ تو انھوں نے کہا: اس نے جھوٹ بولا ہے، میں نے خود حضرت حسنؒ کو یہ کہتے سنا ہے: ”نبیذ سے نشہ آنے پر نشئی کو حد لگائی جائے گی۔“
Hammad bin Zaid (Rahmatullahi Alaih) kehte hain: Ayyub (Rahmatullahi Alaih) ko bataya gaya: Ke Amr bin Ubaid, Hasan Basri (Rahmatullahi Alaih) se naql karta hai "ke nabeez se nasha aane par nashayi ko hadd (kore) nahi lagayein ge." To unhon ne kaha: Is ne jhoot bola hai, main ne khud Hazrat Hasan (Rahmatullahi Alaih) ko yeh keh te suna hai: "Nabeez se nasha aane par nashayi ko hadd lagayi jaye gi."
وَحَدَّثَنِي حَجَّاجُ بْنُ الشَّاعِرِ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ زَيْدٍ، - يَعْنِي حَمَّادًا - قَالَ قِيلَ لأَيُّوبَ إِنَّ عَمْرَو بْنَ عُبَيْدٍ رَوَى عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ لاَ يُجْلَدُ السَّكْرَانُ مِنَ النَّبِيذِ . فَقَالَ كَذَبَ أَنَا سَمِعْتُ الْحَسَنَ يَقُولُ يُجْلَدُ السَّكْرَانُ مِنَ النَّبِيذِ .
