باب تَغْلِيظِ تَحْرِيمِ الْجِمَاعِ فِي نَهَارِ رَمَضَانَ عَلَى الصَّائِمِ وَوُجُوبِ الْكَفَّارَةِ الْكُبْرَى فِيهِ وبيانها وأنها تجب على الموسر والمعسر وتثبت في ذمة المعسر حتى يستطيع

Sahih Muslim 1112c
Abbad bin Abdullah bin Zubair reported that he had heard Ummul Momineen A'isha ( رضي الله تعالى عنها) as saying, a person came to the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) in the mosque during (the month of) Ramadan and said, Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم), I am burnt, I am burnt. The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) asked him as to what the matter was. Upon this he said, I had intercourse with my wife (in a state of fasting) The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) asked him give charity. The person said, Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم), I swear by God, there is nothing with me (to give in charity) as I do not possess anything. The Prophet ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) asked him to sit down. So, he sat down, and he was in this very state when there came a person urging a donkey with a load of eatables upon it. The Apostle of Allah ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, where is that burnt one who was just here? The person stood up. The Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, give this (eatables brought by the man) in charity. Upon this the person said, Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم), can there be anyone else (more deserving than I)? By Allah. we are hungry, we have nothing with us. Upon this the Prophet ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, then eat (these eatables).
نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی بیوی حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا بیان کرتی ہیں کہ ایک آدمی رمضان میں مسجد میں نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس آیا اور کہنے لگا اے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ! میں جل گیا، میں جل گیا۔ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس سے پوچھا: ”تیرا کیا معاملہ ہے۔“ تو اس نے کہا: میں نے بیوی سے تعلق قائم کر لیا۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”صدقہ کر،“ تو اس نے کہا: اے اللہ کے نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ! اللہ کی قسم! میرے پاس کوئی چیز نہیں ہے اور نہ مجھ میں اس کی قدرت ہے۔ آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”بیٹھ جا۔“ تو وہ بیٹھ گیا، اسی اثنا میں ایک آدمی گدھا ہانگتا ہوا آیا، جس پر کھانا لدا ہوا تھا تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”جلنے والا کہاں ہے جو ابھی آیا تھا۔“ اس پر وہ آدمی کھڑا ہو گیا تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نےفرمایا: ”اس کو صدقہ کر دو،“ تو اس نے کہا: اے اللہ کے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ! کیا کسی اور پر؟ اللہ کی قسم! ہم بھوکے ہیں ہمارے پاس کوئی چیز نہیں ہے۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”اسے کھا لو۔“
Nabi Akram (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ki biwi Hazrat A'isha (Raziallahu Anha) bayan karti hain ke ek aadmi Ramzan mein Masjid mein Nabi Akram (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ke pas aaya aur kehne laga Aye Rasoolullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam)! Main jal gaya, main jal gaya. Rasoolullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ne us se poocha: "Tera kya mu'amla hai." To usne kaha: Main ne biwi se ta'alluq qa'im kar liya. Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ne farmaya: "Sadaqa kar," to usne kaha: Aye Allah ke Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam)! Allah ki qasam! Mere pas koi cheez nahi hai aur na mujh mein iski qudrat hai. Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ne farmaya: "Baith ja." To woh baith gaya, isi asna mein ek aadmi gadha hankta hua aaya, jis par khana lada hua tha to Rasoolullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ne farmaya: "Jalne wala kahan hai jo abhi aaya tha." Is par woh aadmi khada ho gaya to Rasoolullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ne farmaya: "Isko sadaqa kar do," to usne kaha: Aye Allah ke Rasool (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam)! Kya kisi aur par? Allah ki qasam! Hum bhookey hain hamare pas koi cheez nahi hai. Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ne farmaya: "Ise kha lo."
حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الطَّاهِرِ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ، بْنَ الْقَاسِمِ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ عَبَّادَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّهُ، سَمِعَ عَائِشَةَ، زَوْجَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم تَقُولُ أَتَى رَجُلٌ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي الْمَسْجِدِ فِي رَمَضَانَ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ احْتَرَقْتُ احْتَرَقْتُ . فَسَأَلَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَا شَأْنُهُ " . فَقَالَ أَصَبْتُ أَهْلِي . قَالَ " تَصَدَّقْ " . فَقَالَ وَاللَّهِ يَا نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ مَا لِي شَىْءٌ وَمَا أَقْدِرُ عَلَيْهِ . قَالَ " اجْلِسْ " . فَجَلَسَ فَبَيْنَا هُوَ عَلَى ذَلِكَ أَقْبَلَ رَجُلٌ يَسُوقُ حِمَارًا عَلَيْهِ طَعَامٌ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " أَيْنَ الْمُحْتَرِقُ آنِفًا " . فَقَامَ الرَّجُلُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " تَصَدَّقْ بِهَذَا " . فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَغَيْرَنَا فَوَاللَّهِ إِنَّا لَجِيَاعٌ مَا لَنَا شَىْءٌ . قَالَ " فَكُلُوهُ " .
