Chapter: Clarifying the Waswasah (Whispers, Bad Thoughts) with regard to faith, and what the one who experiences that should say

باب بَيَانِ الْوَسْوَسَةِ فِي الإِيمَانِ وَمَا يَقُولُهُ مَنْ وَجَدَهَا
Sahih Muslim 135b
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) that he said : The people will constantly, and the rest of the Hadith is the same as that transmitted by Abdul Warith with the exception that there is no mention of the Apostle of Allah ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) in that, but he observed at the end of the Hadith : Allah (جَلَّ ذُو) and the Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) told the truth.
امام صاحبؒ حضرت ابو ہریرہؓ سے مذکورہ بالا روایت ایک اور سند سے بیان کرتے ہیں، فرق یہ ہے کہ اس سند میں نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا ذکر نہیں کیا، لیکن حدیث کے آخر میں یہ کہا: "صَدَقَ اللهُ وَرَسُولُهُ" ”اللہ اور اس کے رسول نے سچ کہا۔“
Imam Sahab Hazrat Abu Huraira (Radi Allahu Anhu) se mazkoora bala riwayat ek aur sanad se bayan karte hain, farq yeh hai ke is sanad mein Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ka zikr nahi kiya, lekin hadees ke aakhir mein yeh kaha: "Sadaqallahu wa Rasuluhu" (Allah aur is ke Rasul ne sach kaha).
وَحَدَّثَنِيهِ زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، وَيَعْقُوبُ الدَّوْرَقِيُّ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، وَهُوَ ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ " لاَ يَزَالُ النَّاسُ " . بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ عَبْدِ الْوَارِثِ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ لَمْ يَذْكُرِ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي الإِسْنَادِ وَلَكِنْ قَدْ قَالَ فِي آخِرِ الْحَدِيثِ صَدَقَ اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ .
