Chapter: The evidence that the blood of one who aims to seize other people's wealth without right may be shed, if he is killed he will be in the fire, and the one who is killed defending his property is a martyr

باب الدَّلِيلِ عَلَى أَنَّ مَنْ قَصَدَ أَخْذَ مَالِ غَيْرِهِ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ كَانَ الْقَاصِدُ مُهْدَرَ الدَّمِ فِي حَقِّهِ وَإِنْ قُتِلَ كَانَ فِي النَّارِ وَأَنَّ مَنْ قُتِلَ دُونَ مَالِهِ فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ

Sahih Muslim 141b

This hadith has been narrated by Muhammad b. Hatim, Muhammad b. Bakr, Ahmad b. 'Uthman Naufali, Abu 'Asim, Ibn Juraij.

امام صاحبؒ یہ روایت ایک اور استاد سے بیان کرتے ہیں۔

Imam Sahab yeh riwayat ek aur ustad se bayan karte hain.

وَحَدَّثَنِيهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ النَّوْفَلِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، كِلاَهُمَا عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ مِثْلَهُ ‏.‏
