Chapter: It is not permissible for a woman who has been thrice-divorced to return to the one who divorced her until she marries another husband who has intercourse with her, then divorces her, and she completes the 'Iddah

باب لاَ تَحِلُّ الْمُطَلَّقَةُ ثَلاَثًا لِمُطَلِّقِهَا حَتَّى تَنْكِحَ زَوْجًا غَيْرَهُ وَيَطَأَهَا ثُمَّ يُفَارِقَهَا وَتَنْقَضِي عِدَّتُهَا
Sahih Muslim 1433c
`A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported that Rifa`a al Qurazi divorced his wife and afterwards `Abd al-Rahman b. al-Zubair married her. She came to Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) and said:Messenger of Allah, Rifa`a has divorced me by three pronouncements. (The rest of the hadith is the same.)
حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا سے روایت ہے کہ رفاعہ قرظی نے اپنی بیوی کو (آخری) طلاق دے دی تو اس سے عبدالرحمٰن بن زبیر نے شادی کر لی، وہ آ کر رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو کہنے لگی، اے اللہ کے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ! رفاعہ نے تین طلاقوں کی آخری طلاق دے دی ہے۔ آ گے مذکورہ بالا روایت ہے۔
Hazrat Aisha (Radi Allahu Anha) se riwayat hai ki Rifaa Qarzi ne apni biwi ko (aakhri) talaaq de di to us se Abdur Rahman bin Zubair ne shaadi kar li, woh aa kar Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ko kehne lagi, Ae Allah ke Rasool (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam)! Rifaa ne teen talaaqo ki aakhri talaaq de di hai. Aage mazkoora bala riwayat hai.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ رِفَاعَةَ الْقُرَظِيَّ، طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ فَتَزَوَّجَهَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الزَّبِيرِ فَجَاءَتِ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ رِفَاعَةَ طَلَّقَهَا آخِرَ ثَلاَثِ تَطْلِيقَاتٍ . بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ يُونُسَ .
