Chapter: It is permissible to have intercourse with a female captive after it is established that she is not pregnant, and if she has a husband, then her marriage is annulled when she is captured

باب جَوَازِ وَطْءِ الْمَسْبِيَّةِ بَعْدَ الاِسْتِبْرَاءِ وَإِنْ كَانَ لَهَا زَوْجٌ انْفَسَخَ نِكَاحُهَا بِالسَّبْي

Sahih Muslim 1456c

The above Hadith has been narrated through another chain.

امام صاحب اپنے ایک اور استاد کی سند سے قتادہ کی مذکورہ بالا سند سے مذکورہ حدیث بیان کرتے ہیں۔

Imam Sahab apne ek aur ustaad ki sanad se Qatadah ki mazkoora bala sanad se mazkoora hadees bayan karte hain.

وَحَدَّثَنِيهِ يَحْيَى بْنُ حَبِيبٍ الْحَارِثِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْحَارِثِ - حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ نَحْوَهُ ‏.‏
