Chapter: The child is for the bed and suspicion must be avoided

باب الْوَلَدِ لِلْفِرَاشِ وَتَوَقِّي الشُّبُهَاتِ
Sahih Muslim 1457b
A Hadith like this is narrated on the authority of Ibn 'Uyaiyna and Ma'mar (and the words are), the child is attributed to him on whose bed he is born; but they did not mention this, ‘for a fornicator there is stoning.’
امام صاحب اپنے چار اساتذہ کی سند سے زہری کی مذکورہ بالا سند سے بیان کرتے ہیں، لیکن مذکورہ بالا حدیث سے اس حدیث میں یہ فرق ہے کہ معمر اور ابن عیینہ دونوں نے (اَلْوَلَدُ لِلْفِرَاشْ)
Imam Sahab apne chaar asatizah ki sanad se Zuhri ki mazkura bala sanad se bayan karte hain, lekin mazkura bala hadees se is hadees mein yeh farq hai ke Mu'ammar aur Ibn Uyaynah donon ne (Al-Waladu Lil-Firash).
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ وَعَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ قَالُوا حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، كِلاَهُمَا عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ نَحْوَهُ . غَيْرَ أَنَّ مَعْمَرًا وَابْنَ عُيَيْنَةَ فِي حَدِيثِهِمَا " الْوَلَدُ لِلْفِرَاشِ " . وَلَمْ يَذْكُرَا " وَلِلْعَاهِرِ الْحَجَرُ " .
