Chapter: The prohibition of selling a heap of dates the weight of which is unknown

باب تَحْرِيمِ بَيْعِ صُبْرَةِ التَّمْرِ الْمَجْهُولَةِ الْقَدْرِ بِتَمْرٍ
Sahih Muslim 1530b
This Hadith is narrated on the authority of Jabir bin Abdullah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) but with this variation that no mention is made of the dates (which one finds) at the end of the previous Hadith.
امام صاحب ایک اور استاد سے یہی حدیث بیان کرتے ہیں، لیکن اس میں حدیث کا آخری لفظ من التمر
Imam Sahab ek aur ustad se yehi hadees bayan karte hain, lekin is mein hadees ka akhiri lafz Minat Tamr.
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، يَقُولُ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم . بِمِثْلِهِ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ لَمْ يَذْكُرْ مِنَ التَّمْرِ . فِي آخِرِ الْحَدِيثِ .
