باب النَّهْيِ عَنِ الْمُحَاقَلَةِ وَالْمُزَابَنَةِ وَعَنِ الْمُخَابَرَةِ وَبَيْعِ الثَّمَرَةِ قَبْلَ بُدُوِّ صَلاَحِهَا وَعَنْ بَيْعِ الْمُعَاوَمَةِ وَهُوَ بَيْعُ السِّنِينَ

Sahih Muslim 1536g
Jabir bin Abdullah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) reported that Allah's Apostle ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) forbade Muzabana and Muhaqala, and Mukhabara, and the sale of fruits until they are ripe. I (the narrator) said to Sa'id (the other narrator), what does ripening imply? He said, it meant that they become red or become yellow and are fit for eating.
حضرت جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ تعالی عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے مزابنہ، محاقلہ اور مخابرہ سے منع فرمایا ہے، اور اس سے بھی کہ پھل رنگت کے تبدیل ہونے سے پہلے بیچے جائیں۔ سعید بن میناء کے شاگرد نے ان سے پوچھا اشقاح کا کیا مطلب ہے؟ انہوں نے کہا، سرخ اور زرد ہو جائیں اور ان کو کھایا جا سکے۔
Hazrat Jabir bin Abdullah (Razi Allahu Anhuma) se riwayat hai ke Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ne Muzabanah, Muhaqalah aur Mukhabarah se mana farmaya hai, aur is se bhi ke phal rangat ke tabdeel hone se pehle beche jayen. Saeed bin Meena ke shagird ne un se poocha Ashqaah ka kya matlab hai? Unhon ne kaha, surkh aur zard ho jayen aur un ko khaya ja sake.
وَحَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ هَاشِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ، حَدَّثَنَا سَلِيمُ بْنُ حَيَّانَ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ، مِينَاءَ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنِ الْمُزَابَنَةِ وَالْمُحَاقَلَةِ وَالْمُخَابَرَةِ وَعَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرَةِ حَتَّى تُشْقِحَ . قَالَ قُلْتُ لِسَعِيدٍ مَا تُشْقِحُ قَالَ تَحْمَارُّ وَتَصْفَارُّ وَيُؤْكَلُ مِنْهَا .
