Chapter: The command to kill dogs, and its abrogation. The prohibition of keeping dogs, except for hunting, farming, (herding) livestock and the like

بَاب الْأَمْرِ بِقَتْلِ الْكِلَابِ وَبَيَانِ نَسْخِهِ وَبَيَانِ تَحْرِيمِ اقْتِنَائِهَا إِلَّا لِصَيْدٍ أَوْ زَرْعٍ أَوْ مَاشِيَةٍ وَنَحْوِ ذَلِكَ

Sahih Muslim 1575e

This Hadith has been reported on the authority of Yahya bin Abu Kathir with the same chain of transmitters.

امام صاحب ایک اور استاد کی سند سے یحییٰ بن ابی کثیر کی مذکورہ بالا سند سے مذکورہ بالا روایت بیان کرتے ہیں۔

Imam Sahab ek aur ustad ki sanad se Yahya Bin Abi Katheer ki mazkoora bala sanad se mazkoora bala riwayat bayan karte hain.

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ، حَدَّثَنَا حَرْبٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ مِثْلَهُ ‏.‏
