Chapter: One who frees his share in a slave

باب مَنْ أَعْتَقَ شِرْكًا لَهُ فِي عَبْدٍ ‏‏

This Hadith has been reported on the authority of Imran bin Husain (رضي الله تعالى عنه) through another chain of narrators.

امام صاحب اپنے دو اور اساتذہ کی سند سے عمران بن حصین کی مذکورہ بالا روایت، ابن علیہ اور حماد کی حدیث کی طرح بیان کرتے ہیں۔

Imam Sahab apne do aur asatizah ki sanad se Imran bin Husain ki mazkoorah bala riwayat, Ibn Ulayyah aur Hammad ki hadees ki tarah bayan karte hain.

وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ الضَّرِيرُ، وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ حَسَّانَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ ابْنِ عُلَيَّةَ وَحَمَّادٍ ‏.‏
