Chapter: The killer is entitled to the belongings of the one who is killed

باب اسْتِحْقَاقِ الْقَاتِلِ سَلَبَ الْقَتِيلِ ‏‏

Sahih Muslim 1751b

Abu Muhammad, the freed slave of Abu Qatada (رضي الله تعالى عنه) reported on the authority of Abu Qatada (رضي الله تعالى عنه) the following Hadith (# 49) given below.

ابو قتادہ رضی اللہ تعالی عنہ کے آزاد کردہ غلام سے روایت ہے کہ ابو قتادہ رضی اللہ تعالی عنہ نے بیان کیا اور آگے مندرجہ ذیل حدیث ہے۔

Abu Qatada (Radi Allahu Anhu) ke aazad karda ghulam se riwayat hai ke Abu Qatada (Radi Allahu Anhu) ne bayan kiya aur aage mandarija-dhail hadith hai.

وَحَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي مُحَمَّدٍ، مَوْلَى أَبِي قَتَادَةَ أَنَّ أَبَا قَتَادَةَ، قَالَ ‏.‏ وَسَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ ‏.‏
