Chapter: The virtue of going out in the morning or the evening in the cause of Allah

باب فَضْلِ الْغَدْوَةِ وَالرَّوْحَةِ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ
Sahih Muslim 1882
Abu Huraira (رضئ للا تعالی عنہ) narrated that the Apostle of Allah (صلى للا عليه و آله وسلم) said, if some persons of my Umma (were not to undertake the hardships of Jihad), and Abu Huraira (رضئ للا تعالی عنہ) then narrated the rest of the Hadith and then said, a journey undertaken for jihad in the evening or morning merits a reward better than the world and all that is in it.
حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالی عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں، رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”اگر یہ خطرہ نہ ہوتا کہ میری امت کے لوگ“ آگے فضل الجہاد والی ابوہریرہ کی روایت بیان کی، اس میں یہ ہے، ”بلاشبہ اللہ کی راہ میں شام کو نکلنا یا صبح کو نکلنا دنیا و مافیھا
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (Razi Allahu Anhu) bayan karte hain, Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: "Agar yeh khatra na hota ke meri ummat ke log" aage fazl ul Jihad wali Abu Hurairah ki riwayat bayan ki, is mein yeh hai, "Bilashuba Allah ki raah mein sham ko nikalna ya subah ko nikalna duniya o ma fiha se behtar hai."
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ ذَكْوَانَ، بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لَوْلاَ أَنَّ رِجَالاً مِنْ أُمَّتِي " . وَسَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ وَقَالَ فِيهِ " وَلَرَوْحَةٌ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ أَوْ غَدْوَةٌ خَيْرٌ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا وَمَا فِيهَا " .
