Chapter: The Prophet (saws) will defer his supplication in order to intercede for his ummah

باب اخْتِبَاءِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم دَعْوَةَ الشَّفَاعَةِ لأُمَّتِهِ ‏‏

Sahih Muslim 200c

Mis'ar transmitted it with the same chain of narrators from Qatada except that in the Hadith narrated by Waki' (the Prophet ﷺ) said : "He was endowed," and in the Hadith reported by Abu Usama (the words are):" It is reported from the Apostle of Allah ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)."

امام صاحب مذکورہ روایت ایک اور سند سے بیان کرتے ہیں۔

Imam Sahab mazkoora riwayat ek aur sanad se bayan karte hain.

وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، ح وَحَدَّثَنِيهِ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْجَوْهَرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، جَمِيعًا عَنْ مِسْعَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ غَيْرَ أَنَّ فِي، حَدِيثِ وَكِيعٍ قَالَ قَالَ ‏ "‏ أُعْطِيَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ وَفِي حَدِيثِ أَبِي أُسَامَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏.‏
