Sahih Muslim 2283
Abu Musa (رضي الله تعالى عنه) reported Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) as saying, the similitude of mine and of that with which Allah sent me is that of a person who came to us and said, O people, I have seen an army with my eyes, and I am a plain warner that you should immediately manage to find an escape. A group of people from amongst them paying heed (to his warning) fled to a place of protection and a group amongst them belied him and the morning overtook them in their houses and the army attacked them and killed them and they were routed. And that is the similitude of the one who obeyed me, followed with which I had been sent and the similitude of the other is of one who disobeyed and belied me and the Truth with which I have been sent.
حضرت ابوموسیٰ رضی اللہ تعالی عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”میری مثال اور اللہ نے جو کچھ مجھے دے کر بھیجا ہے، اس کی تمثیل اس آدمی کی ہے جو اپنی قوم کے پاس آیا اور انھیں کہا، اے میری قوم! میں نے اپنی دونوں آنکھوں (دشمن کا) لشکردیکھا ہے اور میں تمھیں کھلم کھلا ڈراتا ہوں، لہذا اپنی جان بچاؤ تو اس کی قوم کے کچھ لوگوں نے اس کی بات مان لی اور رات کے شروع میں چل پڑے اور آہستہ آہستہ چلتے رہے اور ان میں سے کچھ لوگوں نے اس کو جٹھلایا اور صبح تک اپنی جگہ رہے، لشکر نے ان پر صبح صبح حملہ کیا، ان کو ہلاک کر دیا اور ان کو ختم کر ڈالا، یہی تمثیل ہے ان لوگوں کی جنھوں نے میری اطاعت کی اور جو کچھ میں لایا ہوں اس کی پیروی کی اور جنھوں نے میری نافرمانی کی اور جو حق میں لے کر آیا ہوں، اس کو جٹھلایا۔“
Hazrat Abu Musa (Razi Allahu Anhu) se riwayat hai ke Nabi Akram (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: "Meri misal aur Allah ne jo kuch mujhe de kar bheja hai, uski tamsil is aadmi ki hai jo apni qaum ke paas aaya aur unhen kaha, aye meri qaum! main ne apni donon aankhon (dushman ka) lashkar dekha hai aur main tumhen khulam khula darata hoon, lehaza apni jaan bachao to uski qaum ke kuch logon ne uski baat man li aur raat ke shuru mein chal pade aur ahista ahista chalte rahe aur un mein se kuch logon ne usko jhuthlaya aur subh tak apni jagah rahe, lashkar ne un par subh subh hamla kiya, unko halak kar diya aur unko khatam kar dala, yahi tamsil hai un logon ki jinhon ne meri itaat ki aur jo kuch main laya hoon uski pairwi ki aur jinhon ne meri nafarmani ki aur jo haq main le kar aaya hoon, usko jhuthlaya."
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ بَرَّادٍ الأَشْعَرِيُّ، وَأَبُو كُرَيْبٍ - وَاللَّفْظُ لأَبِي كُرَيْبٍ - قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ بُرَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " إِنَّ مَثَلِي وَمَثَلَ مَا بَعَثَنِيَ اللَّهُ بِهِ كَمَثَلِ رَجُلٍ أَتَى قَوْمَهُ فَقَالَ يَا قَوْمِ إِنِّي رَأَيْتُ الْجَيْشَ بِعَيْنَىَّ وَإِنِّي أَنَا النَّذِيرُ الْعُرْيَانُ فَالنَّجَاءَ . فَأَطَاعَهُ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ قَوْمِهِ فَأَدْلَجُوا فَانْطَلَقُوا عَلَى مُهْلَتِهِمْ وَكَذَّبَتْ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْهُمْ فَأَصْبَحُوا مَكَانَهُمْ فَصَبَّحَهُمُ الْجَيْشُ فَأَهْلَكَهُمْ وَاجْتَاحَهُمْ فَذَلِكَ مَثَلُ مَنْ أَطَاعَنِي وَاتَّبَعَ مَا جِئْتُ بِهِ وَمَثَلُ مَنْ عَصَانِي وَكَذَّبَ مَا جِئْتُ بِهِ مِنَ الْحَقِّ " .
