Chapter: Description of ghusl in the case of janabah (sexual impurity)

باب صِفَةِ غُسْلِ الْجَنَابَةِ

Hisham narrated it from his father, who narrated it on the authority of Ummul Momineen A'isha (رضي الله تعالى عنها) that when Allah's Apostle (صلى هللا عليه و آله وسلم) took a bath because of sexual inter-course, he first washed the palms of his hands three times, and then the whole Hadith was transmitted like that based on the authority of Abu Mu'awyia, but no mention is made of the washing of feet.
ہمیں ابوبکر بن ابی شیبہ نے وکیع کے واسطہ سے ہشام کی اپنے باپ سیدہ عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالی عنہا کی روایت سنائی کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے غسل جنابت فرمایا، پہلے اپنی ہتھیلیوں کو تین دفعہ دھویا، پھر ابو معاویہ کی طرح حدیث بیان کی، لیکن پاؤں دھونے کا تذکرہ نہیں کیا۔
Hamein Abubakar bin Abi Shaiba ne Waki ke wasta se Hisham ki apne baap Syeda Aisha (Radi Allahu Anha) ki riwayat sunayi ke Nabi Akram (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne ghusal-e-janabat farmaya, pehle apni hatheliyon ko teen dafa dhoya, phir Abu Muawiyah ki tarah hadith bayan ki, lekin paon dhone ka tazkira nahin kiya.
وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم اغْتَسَلَ مِنَ الْجَنَابَةِ فَبَدَأَ فَغَسَلَ كَفَّيْهِ ثَلاَثًا ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ نَحْوَ حَدِيثِ أَبِي مُعَاوِيَةَ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ غَسْلَ الرِّجْلَيْنِ .
