Sahih Muslim 504a
Ibn Abbas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated : I came riding on a she-ass, and I was on the threshold of maturity, and the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) was leading people in prayer at Mina. I passed in front of the row and got down, and sent the she-ass for grazing and joined the row, and nobody made any objection to it.
حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما بیان کرتے ہیں کہ میں گدھی پر سوار آگے بڑھا جبکہ میں بلوغت کے قریب تھا اور آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلم لوگوں کو نماز پڑھا رہے تھے تو میں صف کے آگے سے گزرا پھر میں گدھی سے اترا صف میں شریک ہو گیا اور گدھی کو چرنے کے لیے چھوڑ دیا اس پر مجھے کسی نے اعتراض نہ کیا۔
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (Radi Allahu Ta'ala Anhuma) bayan karte hain ke main gadhi par sawar aage barha jabke main bulughat ke qareeb tha aur Aap (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) logon ko namaz parha rahe thay to main saff ke aage se guzra phir main gadhi se utra saff mein shareek ho gaya aur gadhi ko charne ke liye chor diya is par mujhe kisi ne aitraz na kiya.
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى مَالِكٍ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ أَقْبَلْتُ رَاكِبًا عَلَى أَتَانٍ وَأَنَا يَوْمَئِذٍ، قَدْ نَاهَزْتُ الاِحْتِلاَمَ وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يُصَلِّي بِالنَّاسِ بِمِنًى فَمَرَرْتُ بَيْنَ يَدَىِ الصَّفِّ فَنَزَلْتُ فَأَرْسَلْتُ الأَتَانَ تَرْتَعُ وَدَخَلْتُ فِي الصَّفِّ فَلَمْ يُنْكِرْ ذَلِكَ عَلَىَّ أَحَدٌ .
