باب النَّهْىِ عَنِ الْبُصَاقِ، فِي الْمَسْجِدِ فِي الصَّلاَةِ وَغَيْرِهَا
Sahih Muslim 547a
Abdullah bin Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) saw spittle on the wall towards Qibla, and scratched it away and then turning to the people said, when any one of you prays, he must not spit in front of him, for Allah is in front of him when he is engaged in prayer.
حضرت عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے قبلہ والی دیوار میں تھوک دیکھا تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اسے کھرچ دیا پھر لوگوں کی طرف متوجہ ہو کر فرمایا: ”جب تم میں سے کوئی نماز میں ہو تو اپنے سامنے نہ تھوکے کیونکہ جب وہ نماز پڑھتا ہے تو اللہ اس کے سامنے ہے۔“
Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar (Radi Allahu Ta'ala Anhuma) se riwayat hai ke Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) ne qibla wali diwar mein thook dekha to Aap (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) ne usay kharach diya phir logon ki taraf mutawajje ho kar farmaya: ‘Jab tum mein se koi namaz mein ho to apne saamne na thooke kyunke jab wo namaz parhta hai to Allah us ke saamne hai.’
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى التَّمِيمِيُّ، قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى مَالِكٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم رَأَى بُصَاقًا فِي جِدَارِ الْقِبْلَةِ فَحَكَّهُ ثُمَّ أَقْبَلَ عَلَى النَّاسِ فَقَالَ " إِذَا كَانَ أَحَدُكُمْ يُصَلِّي فَلاَ يَبْصُقْ قِبَلَ وَجْهِهِ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ قِبَلَ وَجْهِهِ إِذَا صَلَّى " .
