Chapter: The virtue of sitting in one’s prayer place after Subh, and the virtue of the masajid

باب فَضْلِ الْجُلُوسِ فِي مُصَلاَّهُ بَعْدَ الصُّبْحِ وَفَضْلِ الْمَسَاجِدِ
Sahih Muslim 670b
Simak narrated on the authority of Jabir bin Samura (رضي الله تعالى عنه) that when the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) observed the dawn prayer, he sat at the place of worship till the sun had risen enough.
حضرت جابر بن سمرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نماز فجر پڑھنے کے بعد سورج کے اچھی طرح نکلنے تک اپنے مصلی پر ہی تشریف فرما رہتے تھے۔
Hazrat Jaber bin Samura (Radiyallahu Anhu) bayan karte hain ke Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) namaz-e-fajar parhne ke baad suraj ke achi tarah nikalne tak apne musalla par hi tashreef farma rehte thay.
وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ، عَنْ زَكَرِيَّاءَ، كِلاَهُمَا عَنْ سِمَاكٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ إِذَا صَلَّى الْفَجْرَ جَلَسَ فِي مُصَلاَّهُ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ حَسَنًا .
