Mustadrak Al Hakim 2320
Muhammad bin Zubaidi, may Allah be pleased with him, narrated from Zuhri, on the authority of Sa'eed bin Musayyib, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "A pledged item will not be withheld from its owner. Its profit is for him (the owner), and its liability is also upon him." A hadith from Ma'mar bin Rashid.
حضرت محمد بن زبیدی رضی اللہ عنہ نے زہری کے ذریعے سعید بن مسیّب کے واسطے سے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کیا ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا : رہن کو نہیں روکا جائے گا اس کا منافع اس ( کے مالک ) کے لیے ہے اور اس کا تاوان بھی اسی کے ذمہ ہے ۔ معمر بن راشد کی حدیث :
Hazrat Muhammad bin Zubaidi (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne Zahri ke zariye Saeed bin Musayyab ke wasete se Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se riwayat ki hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya : Rahen ko nahi roka jayega is ka munafa is ( ke malik ) ke liye hai aur is ka tawan bhi isi ke zimma hai . Mu'ammar bin Rashid ki hadees :
فَحَدَّثَنَاهُ أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى، ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْإِسْفَرَايِينِيُّ، ثنا عِمْرَانُ بْنُ بَكَّارٍ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ، ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، ثنا الزُّبَيْدِيُّ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا يُغْلَقُ الرَّهْنُ، لَهُ غُنْمُهُ، وَعَلَيْهِ غُرْمُهُ» وَأَمَّا حَدِيثُ مَعْمَرِ بْنِ رَاشِدٍ
