Mustadrak Al Hakim 3054
Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) said regarding the statement of Allah Almighty: "Those to whom We have given the Scripture recite it with its true recitation" (Al-Baqarah: 121), meaning: "They consider lawful what it makes lawful and unlawful what it makes unlawful, and they do not remove it from its status." ** This Hadith is Sahih al-Isnad, but Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) did not narrate it.
" حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما نے اللہ تعالیٰ کے ارشاد :’’ اَلَّذِیْنَ ٰاتَیْنٰھُمُ الْکِتٰبَ یَتْلُوْنَہٗ حَقَّ تِلَاوَتِہٖ ‘‘ ( البقرۃ : 121 ) ’’ جنہیں ہم نے کتاب دی وہ جیسی چاہے اس کی تلاوت کرتے ہیں ‘‘۔ ( ترجمہ کنزالایمان ، امام احمد رضا رحمۃ اللہ علیہ ) کے متعلق فرمایا : وہ اس کے حلال کو حلال سمجھتے ہیں اور اس کے حرام کردہ کو حرام سمجھتے ہیں اور اس کو ان کے مقامات سے ہٹاتے نہیں ہیں ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے لیکن امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے اسے نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Hazrat Ibn Abbas Radi Allaho Anhuma ne Allah Ta'ala ke Irshad: "Allazina Atainahomol Kitaba Yatloonaho Haqqa Tilawatehi" (Al Baqarah: 121) "Jinhen hum ne kitab di woh jaisi chahe is ki tilawat karte hain". (Tarjuma Kanzul Iman, Imam Ahmad Raza Rahmatullah Alaih) Ke mutalliq farmaya: woh is ke halal ko halal samajhte hain aur is ke haram karda ko haram samajhte hain aur is ko in ke maqamat se hataate nahin hain. ** Yeh hadees Sahih Al Isnad hai lekin Imam Bukhari Rahmatullah Alaih aur Imam Muslim Rahmatullah Alaih ne ise naqal nahin kiya.
أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْعَدْلُ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ طَلْحَةَ الْقَنَّادُ، ثنا أَسْبَاطُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، عَنِ السُّدِّيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي مَالِكٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا، فِي قَوْلِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: {الَّذِينَ آتَيْنَاهُمُ الْكِتَابَ يَتْلُونَهُ حَقَّ تِلَاوَتِهِ} [البقرة: 121] قَالَ: «يُحِلُّونَ حَلَالَهُ، وَيُحَرِّمُونَ حَرَامَهُ، وَلَا يُحَرِّفُونَهُ عَنْ مَوَاضِعِهِ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ، وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ "" [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 3054 - صحيح . . . . . . . .
