Mustadrak Al Hakim 4625
It is narrated on the authority of Umm al-Mu'minin Aisha Radi Allahu Anha that the Holy Prophet ﷺ said: I am the leader of all mankind and Ali is the leader of the Arabs. ** This Hadith is Sahih al-Isnad but Sheikhین رحمۃ اللہ علیہما did not narrate it. And in its chain of narration is "Umar bin al-Hasan". I think this is "Saduq". If (I did not have this doubt) then I would have given the verdict that this Hadith is according to the standard of Sheikhین رحمۃ اللہ علیہما. The Hadith narrated by Urwah on the authority of Aisha Radi Allahu Anha is a witness to the previous Hadith (that Hadith is as follows).
" ام المومنین حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے مروی ہے کہ نبی اکرم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا ہے : میں تمام انسانیت کا سردار ہوں اور علی اہل عرب کا سردار ہے ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے لیکن شیخین رحمۃ اللہ علیہما نے اس کو نقل نہیں کیا ۔ اور اس کی سند میں ’’ عمر بن الحسن ‘‘ ہیں ۔ میرا گمان ہے کہ یہ ’’ صدوق ‘‘ ہیں ۔ اگر ( مجھے یہ شک ) نہ ہوتا تو میں یہ فیصلہ دے دیتا کہ یہ حدیث شیخین رحمۃ اللہ علیہما کے معیار کے مطابق ہے ۔ حضرت عروہ کی حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کے حوالے سے روایت کردہ حدیث گزشتہ حدیث کی شاہد ہے ( وہ حدیث درج ذیل ہے )"
Umm ul Momineen Hazrat Ayesha Radi Allaho Anha se marvi hai keh Nabi Akram SAW ne irshad farmaya hai: mein tamam insaniyat ka sardar hun aur Ali ahl arab ka sardar hai. ** Yeh hadees sahih ul asnad hai lekin Shekhan Rehmat Ullah Alaihema ne is ko naqal nahi kiya. Aur is ki sanad mein ''Umar bin Al Hassan'' hain. Mera gumaan hai keh yeh ''Sadoq'' hain. Agar (mujhe yeh shak) na hota to mein yeh faisla de deta keh yeh hadees Shekhan Rehmat Ullah Alaihema ke miyar ke mutabiq hai. Hazrat Urooj ki Hazrat Ayesha Radi Allaho Anha ke hawale se riwayat kardah hadees guzishta hadees ki shahid hai (wo hadees darj zail hai).
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْمَحْبُوبِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ، ثنا أَبُو حَفْصٍ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الرَّاسِبِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «أَنَا سَيِّدُ وَلَدِ آدَمَ، وَعَلِيٌّ سَيِّدُ الْعَرَبِ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ، وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ، وَفِي إِسْنَادِهِ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ وَأَرْجُو أَنَّهُ صَدُوقٌ، وَلَوْلَا ذَلِكَ لَحَكَمْتُ بِصِحَّتِهِ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ، وَلَهُ شَاهِدٌ مِنْ حَدِيثِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ "" [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 4625 - أظن أنه هو يعني عمر بن حسن الراسبي الذي وضع هذا
