Mustadrak Al Hakim 4770
Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Every woman's children are attributed to their father except for the two sons of Fatimah, for I am their guardian and they are attributed to me. ** This hadith is authentic in its chain of narration, but Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) did not narrate it.
" حضرت جابر رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں : رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا : ہر عورت کی اولاد مرد کی جانب منسوب ہوتی ہیں سوائے فاطمہ کے دونوں بیٹوں کے کہ ان کا ولی میں ہوں اور یہ میری جانب منسوب ہوتے ہیں ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے لیکن امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے اس کو نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Hazrat Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) farmate hain : Rasool Allah ﷺ ne irshad farmaya : Har aurat ki aulad mard ki janib mansoob hoti hain siwae Fatima ke donon beton ke keh un ka wali main hun aur ye meri janib mansoob hote hain . ** Ye hadees sahih al-isnad hai lekin Imam Bukhari Rahmatullah Alayh aur Imam Muslim Rahmatullah Alayh ne is ko naqal nahi kiya .
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي دَارِمٍ الْحَافِظُ بِالْكُوفَةِ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي عَمِّي الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لِكُلِّ بَنِي أُمِّ عَصَبَةٌ يَنْتَمُونَ إِلَيْهِمْ إِلَّا ابْنَيْ فَاطِمَةَ، فَأَنَا وَلِيُّهُمَا وَعَصَبَتُهُمَا» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ "" [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 4770 - ليس بصحيح
