Mustadrak Al Hakim 5107
Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the mother of Sa'd bin 'Ubada (may Allah be pleased with him) passed away, and she had some fasts remaining. He ( Sa'd) said: "I asked the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) about it, and he commanded me to fast on her behalf." **Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) have narrated this hadith that the mother of Sa'd bin 'Ubada (may Allah be pleased with him) passed away, and he did not offer prayers on her behalf, whereas the aforementioned hadith is also sahih (authentic) according to their standards.**
" حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما بیان کرتے ہیں ، حضرت سعد بن عبادہ رضی اللہ عنہ کی والدہ کا انتقال ہو گیا اور ان کے ذمے کچھ روزے باقی تھے ( حضرت سعد ) فرماتے ہیں : میں نے اس بارے میں نبی اکرم ﷺ سے مسئلہ دریافت کیا تو آپ نے مجھے ان کی جانب سے روزے رکھنے کا حکم دیا ۔ ٭٭ امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے یہ حدیث نقل کی ہے کہ حضرت سعد بن عبادہ رضی اللہ عنہ کی والدہ کا انتقال ہو گیا اور انہوں نے ان کی جانب سے نمازیں نہیں پڑھیں ۔ جبکہ مذکورہ حدیث بھی ان کے معیار کے مطابق صحیح ہے ۔"
Hazrat Ibn Abbas Raziallahu Anhuma bayan karte hain, Hazrat Saad bin Ubadah Raziallahu Anhu ki walida ka inteqal ho gaya aur un ke zimme kuch rozey baqi thay (Hazrat Saad) farmate hain : maine is bare mein Nabi Akram (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se masla دریافت kia to ap ne mujhe un ki janib se rozey rakhne ka hukum diya. ** Imam Bukhari رحمۃ اللہ علیہ aur Imam Muslim رحمۃ اللہ علیہ ne ye hadees naqal ki hai ki Hazrat Saad bin Ubadah Raziallahu Anhu ki walida ka inteqal ho gaya aur unhon ne un ki janib se namazen nahin parhin. Jabke mazkora hadees bhi un ke meyar ke mutabiq sahih hai.
حَدَّثَنَا مُكْرَمُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى الْمَدَايِنِيُّ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عُبَادَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، أَنَّ أُمَّهُ تُوُفِّيَتْ وَعَلَيْهَا صَوْمٌ قَالَ: فَسَأَلْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ «فَأَمَرَنِي أَنْ أَقْضِيَهُ عَنْهَا» قَدِ اتَّفَقَ الشَّيْخَانِ عَلَى إِخْرَاجِ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ أَنَّ أُمَّ سَعْدِ بْنِ عُبَادَةَ تُوُفِّيَتْ وَلَمْ يَصِلَاهُ عَنْهُ، وَهَذَا صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِهِمَا "" [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 5107 - المدايني ضعيف
