بیان معرفة الصحابة الكرام رضوان الله علیهم Virtues of Hazrat Mu'adh bin Jabal (may Allah be pleased with him), one of the six jurists among the Companions
فضائل حضرت معاذ بن جبل رضي الله عنه، وهو واحد من ستة فقهاء من الصحابة الكرام

Yahya bin Ma'een said: The Kunya (honorific) of Mu'adh bin Jabal, may Allah be pleased with him, was "Abu 'Abdur-Rahman."
یحیی بن معین فرماتے ہیں : حضرت معاذ بن جبل رضی اللہ عنہ کی کنیت ’’ ابوعبدالرحمن ‘‘ تھی ۔
Yahya bin Mu'in farmate hain : Hazrat Mu'adh bin Jabal (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ki kunniyat ''Abu Abdur Rahman'' thi .
سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْعَبَّاسِ، سَمِعْتُ الْعَبَّاسَ، سَمِعْتُ يَحْيَى بْنُ مَعِينٍ يَقُولُ: «كُنْيَةُ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ»
