The virtues of Hazrat Abu Hurairah Dusi (RA), there is a difference of opinion regarding his name and his father's name
فضائل حضرت أبو هريرة دوسي رضي الله عنه، هناك اختلاف في أسمائه وأسماء والده حسب المؤرخين.

Marwan's scribe, Abu al-Zua'zae, said that Marwan summoned Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, and had me sit behind the bed while he himself began to ask him questions. I listened and wrote down everything. After about a year, he summoned Abu Hurairah again, may Allah be pleased with him, and had me sit behind the curtain in the same way while he himself asked him questions. There was no discrepancy in any of the hadiths, nor was there any alteration or change in their sequence.
مروان کے کاتب ابوالزعیزعہ کہتا ہے کہ مروان نے حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کو بلایا ، مجھے چارپائی کے پیچھے بٹھا دیا اور خود ان سے سوالات کرنے لگ گیا ، میں سن سن کر سب کچھ لکھتا رہا ، تقریباً ایک سال کے بعد اس نے حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کو دوبارہ بلوایا ، اور اسی طرح مجھے پردے کے پیچھے بٹھا دیا اور خود ان سے سوالات کئے ، کسی ایک حدیث میں کوئی کمی زیادتی نہیں تھی ، اور کسی قسم کی کوئی تقدیم و تاخیر نہیں تھی ۔
Marwan ke katib Abu al Zuaza'a kehta hai ki Marwan ne Hazrat Abu Hurairah (RA) ko bulaya, mujhe charpai ke peeche bitha diya aur khud unse sawalat karne lag gaya, main sun sun kar sab kuchh likhta raha, taqreeban ek saal ke baad usne Hazrat Abu Hurairah (RA) ko dobara bulaya, aur isi tarah mujhe parde ke peeche bitha diya aur khud unse sawalat kiye, kisi ek hadees mein koi kami zyadati nahin thi, aur kisi qisam ki koi taqdeem o takheer nahin thi.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ النَّرْسِيُّ، ثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، ثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، ثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو الزُّعَيْزِعَةَ كَاتَبَ مَرْوَانُ بْنُ الْحَكَمِ، أَنَّ مَرْوَانَ «دَعَا أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ فَأَقْعَدَنِي خَلْفَ السَّرِيرِ، وَجَعَلَ يَسْأَلُهُ، وَجَعَلْتُ أَكْتُبُ حَتَّى إِذَا كَانَ عِنْدَ رَأْسِ الْحَوْلِ دَعَا بِهِ، فَأَقْعَدَهُ وَرَاءَ الْحِجَابِ، فَجَعَلَ يَسْأَلُهُ عَنْ ذَلِكَ، فَمَا زَادَ وَلَا نَقَصَ وَلَا قَدَّمَ وَلَا أَخَّرَ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ، وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ "" [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 6164 - صحيح
