Mustadrak Al Hakim 7008
Talha bin Ubaidullah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Allah Almighty does not accept the prayer of a ruler who gives judgments contrary to the Quran and Sunnah.” (Then he narrated the rest of the hadith). ** This hadith is Sahih al-Isnad but Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) did not narrate it.
" حضرت طلحہ بن عبیداللہ رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا : اللہ تعالیٰ اس حکمران کی نماز قبول نہیں کرتا جو قرآن و سنت کے خلاف فیصلے کرتا ہے ( اس کے بعد انہوں نے باقی حدیث بھی بیان کی ) ٭٭ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے لیکن امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے اس کو نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Hazrat Talha bin Ubaidullah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) farmate hain ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Allah Ta'ala us hakumran ki namaz qubool nahi karta jo Quran o Sunnat ke khilaf faisle karta hai ( iske baad unhon ne baqi hadees bhi bayan ki ) ** ye hadees sahih ul asnad hai lekin Imam Bukhari Rahmatullahi Alaih aur Imam Muslim Rahmatullahi Alaih ne isko naqal nahi kiya.
أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو النَّضْرِ الْفَقِيهُ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الشَّامِيُّ، قَالَا: ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ الْكُوفِيُّ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْعَدَوِيُّ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ يَقُولُ: حَدَّثَنِي عُبَادَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُبَادَةَ، عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «أَلَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ لَا يَقْبَلُ اللَّهُ صَلَاةَ إِمَامٍ حَكَمَ بِغَيْرِ مَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ» وَذَكَرَ بَاقِيَ الْحَدِيثِ «هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ» [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 7008 - سنده مظلم
