Mustadrak Al Hakim 7803
Harith bin Barsa' (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was between the two Jamarat during his Hajj, and he said, "Whoever seizes the wealth of his Muslim brother by false oath has made Hellfire his abode. And those of you who hear me should convey this to those who are not present here today." He (the Prophet) said this two or three times. **(This hadith is authentic in its chain of narration, but Imam Bukhari and Imam Muslim did not narrate it with this particular chain).**
" حضرت حارث بن برصاء رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ اپنے حج کے موقع پر دو جمروں کے درمیان تھے ، وہاں پر آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا : جس نے جھوٹی قسم کھا کر اپنے مسلمان بھائی کا مال ہتھیا لیا ، وہ اپنا ٹھکانہ جہنم میں بنا لے ۔ اور جو لوگ میری یہ بات سن رہے ہیں ، ان کو چاہیے کہ وہ یہ بات ان لوگوں تک پہنچا دیں جو آج یہاں موجود نہیں ہیں ۔ یہ بات حضور ﷺ نے دو یا تین مرتبہ کہی ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے لیکن امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے اس کو اس اسناد کے ہمراہ نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Hazrat Haris bin Barsa Radi Allaho Anhu farmate hain keh Rasool Allah SAW apne Hajj ke moqe per do Jamron ke darmiyan thy, wahan per Aap SAW ne farmaya: Jis ne jhooti qasam kha kar apne musalman bhai ka maal hathya liya, wo apna thikana jahanum mein bana le. Aur jo log meri ye baat sun rahe hain, un ko chahiye keh wo ye baat un logon tak pohancha dein jo aaj yahan mojood nahin hain. Ye baat Huzoor SAW ne do ya teen martaba kahi. ** Ye hadees sahih al-isnad hai lekin Imam Bukhari rehmatullah alaih aur Imam Muslim rehmatullah alaih ne is ko is isnad ke hamrah naqal nahin kiya.
حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ صَالِحِ بْنِ هَانِئٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الصَّمَدِ الْقُهُنْدُزِيُّ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، وَعَمْرُو بْنُ زُرَارَةَ، قَالَا: ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أُمَيَّةَ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي الْحُوَارِ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ الْبَرْصَاءِ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الْحَجِّ بَيْنَ الْجَمْرَتَيْنِ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ: «مَنِ اقْتَطَعَ مَالَ أَخِيهِ الْمُسْلِمِ بِيَمِينٍ فَاجِرَةٍ فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ، لِيُبَلِّغْ شَاهِدُكُمْ غَائِبَكُمْ» مَرَّتَيْنِ أَوْ ثَلَاثًا «هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ بِهَذِهِ السِّيَاقَةِ» [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 7803 - صحيح
