Mustadrak Al Hakim 7963
Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: A question regarding inheritance was posed to Umar (may Allah be pleased with him), in which a wife, a mother, and a father were inheritors. He allocated a quarter to the wife, a third to the mother, and the remainder to the father. ** This hadith is authentic according to the criteria of Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him), but the two Sheikhs (may Allah have mercy on them) did not narrate it.
" حضرت عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں : حضرت عمر رضی اللہ عنہ سے ایک وراثت کا مسئلہ پوچھا گیا جس میں ایک بیوی اور ماں باپ وارث تھے ۔ آپ نے بیوی کو چوتھا حصہ ، ماں کو تیسرا اور جو باقی بچا وہ باپ کو دیا ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کے معیار کے مطابق صحیح ہے لیکن شیخین رحمۃ اللہ علیہما نے اس کو نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Hazrat Abdullah razi Allah anhu farmate hain : Hazrat Umar razi Allah anhu se ek wirasat ka masla poocha gaya jis mein ek biwi aur maan baap waris thay . Aap ne biwi ko chautha hissa , maan ko teesra aur jo baqi bacha woh baap ko diya . ** Yeh hadees Imam Bukhari rehmatullah alaih aur Imam Muslim rehmatullah alaih ke miyaar ke mutabiq sahih hai lekin Sheikhain rehmatullah alaihima ne is ko naqal nahin kiya .
أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ، ثَنَا آدَمُ بْنُ أَبِي إِيَاسٍ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: "" أُتِيَ عُمَرُ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ فِي امْرَأَةٍ وَأَبَوَيْنِ: فَجَعَلَ لِلْمَرْأَةِ الرُّبُعَ، وَلِلْأُمِّ ثُلُثَ مَا بَقِيَ، وَلِلْأَبِ مَا بَقِيَ «هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ» [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 7963 - على شرط البخاري ومسلم
