Abu Ahmad bin Adi al-Jarjani: I haven't seen any hadith from him that makes me say it is weak from any side, and what is narrated by him from Al-Hasan and Ibn Sirin are merely excerpts
Ahmad bin Hanbal: Thiqah (reliable)
Ahmad bin Shuayb al-Nasa'i: Not very strong
Ibn Hajar al-Asqalani: Saduq (truthful), accused of believing in Qadar
Abdul Rahman bin Mahdi: He was Thiqah (reliable) in my view
Yahya bin Saeed al-Qattan: Do not narrate from him, for I know him better
