Abu Ahmad ibn Adi al-Jurjani: Haram ibn Uthman has some acceptable hadiths similar to what I have mentioned, but most of his hadiths are rejected.
Abu Bakr al-Bayhaqi: Weak, an argument cannot be based on his hadiths.
Abu Hatim al-Razi: Rejected in Hadith, Abandoned in Hadith
Abu Hatim ibn Hibban al-Basti: He was extreme in his Shi'ism, rejected in Hadith, he used to alter chains of narration and elevate mursal (disconnected) narrations.
Abu Dawud al-Sijistani: He is nothing.
Abu Zur'a al-Razi: Weak in Hadith, disregard him. He is very weak, I have mentioned him among the weak narrators.
Ahmad ibn Hanbal: People abandoned his hadiths. And once he said: Do not narrate his hadiths.
Ahmad ibn Shu'ayb al-Nasa'i: He is from Medina, he is neither trustworthy nor reliable.
Ahmad ibn Salih al-Masri: Abandoned in Hadith
Anas ibn 'Iyadh al-Laythi: I used to have a lot of narrations from him, but I discarded them.
Ibrahim ibn Ya'qub al-Jawzajani: Narrating from Haram is forbidden.
Ibn Hajar al-'Asqalani: Very weak
Al-Dhahabi: Follower, Abandoned
Al-Mufaddal ibn al-Ghallabi: Haram was a Shi'a.
Salih ibn Muhammad Juzra: Narrating from Haram is forbidden, most of his hadiths are rejected.
Abd al-Aziz ibn Muhammad al-Darawardi: Abandoned
Ali ibn al-Madini: He considered him very weak
Amr ibn Ali al-Fallas: Abandoned in Hadith
Malik ibn Anas: He is not trustworthy.
Muhammad ibn Idris al-Shafi'i: Narrating from Haram is forbidden.
Muhammad ibn Isma'il al-Bukhari: Rejected in Hadith
Hisham ibn 'Urwa al-Qurashi: I saw Abdullah ibn al-Hasan stand at the grave of Haram
Yahya ibn Sa'id al-Qattan: I said to Haram ibn Uthman: Are Abd al-Rahman ibn Jabir, Muhammad ibn Jabir, and Abu 'Ateeq one person? He said: If you wish, I can make them ten.
Yahya ibn Ma'in: He is nothing. And he once said: He is not trustworthy.
Ya'qub ibn Sufyan al-Faswi: Abandoned
