Abu Ahmad al-Hakim: He is not strong
Abu Ahmad ibn Adi al-Jarjani: Generally, what is criticized about him is what I mentioned. If a trustworthy narrator narrates from him, then it is acceptable. But if a weak narrator narrates from him, then the problem is with the narrator, not Ruh. He is among the weak narrators whose hadiths are recorded.
Abu al-Ahwas al-Baghwi: I don't know, I haven't left a single letter of his with me but I have discarded it.
Abu Hatim al-Razi: Weak in hadith, his hadith is not written
Abu Hatim ibn Hibban al-Busti: He narrates fabricated hadiths from trustworthy narrators. It is not permissible to narrate from him or write his hadith for verification purposes.
Abu Dawud al-Sijistani: Abandoned his hadith
Abu Zur'a al-Razi: Weak
Abu Sa'id ibn 'Amr al-Naqash: He narrates fabricated hadiths from al-A'mash
Abu 'Abd Allah al-Hakim al-Nishapuri: He narrates fabricated hadiths from al-A'mash
Ahmad ibn Hanbal: Abandoned in hadith, and once: He is not anything
Ahmad ibn Shu'aib al-Nasa'i: He is not trustworthy nor reliable, and once: Abandoned in hadith
Ibrahim ibn Ya'qub al-Jawzajani: Abandoned and said in another place not acceptable
Al-Dhahabi: And among his calamities, he mentioned a hadith and did not explicitly state in his biography that it was fabricated.
Zakariya ibn Yahya al-Saji: Weak, and once: He is not trustworthy nor reliable
Sibti ibn al-'Ajami: One of the fabricators
Ali ibn al-Madini: Weak, I haven't written any of his hadiths except for one hadith
Muhammad ibn Isma'il al-Bukhari: Ibn al-Mubarak and others abandoned him
Muhammad ibn Tahir al-Qaysarani: He fabricates hadith
Muhammad ibn 'Abd Allah al-Mukharrami: He abandoned him, and praised him well
Muslim ibn al-Hajjaj al-Nishapuri: Abandoned in hadith
Yahya ibn Ma'in: He is nothing and his hadith is not written, and once: He is not trustworthy, and once: Weak
Ya'qub ibn Sufyan al-Faswi: Weak, abandoned in hadith
