Abu Hatim al-Razi: There is weakness in his hadith
Abu Hatim ibn Habban al-Busti: He was a man of few hadiths, but he made mistakes even in those few, to the point that he went beyond the limit of being relied upon when narrating alone. However, in cases where he agrees with trustworthy narrators, and if someone considers him reliable, I see no harm in that.
