Abu al-Hasan ibn al-Qattan al-Fasi: The saying of al-'Ajli and al-'Uqayli does not harm him unless he narrates many Munkar hadiths and contradicts the trustworthy narrators
Abu Ja'far al-'Uqayli: He is not followed in his hadith
Abu Hatim al-Razi: He is not known for being trustworthy, but if someone considers him trustworthy, his infrequent narration does not harm him. And once he said: He is fine, his hadith is acceptable
Abu Hatim ibn Hibban al-Busti: It was said that he heard from Anas, but I did not see that with a Sahih chain
Ahmad ibn Hanbal: He paused on him, as if there was something wrong with him
Ahmad ibn Shu'ayb al-Nasa'i: There is nothing wrong with him
Ibn Hajar al-'Asqalani: Sadūq (truthful). Once he said: He has one hadith in al-Bukhari, al-'Uqayli mentioned him without any reason for criticism
al-Dhahabi: His hadith is acceptable
Dahim al-Dimashqi: He considered him trustworthy
Abd al-Haqq ibn Abd al-Rahman al-Ishbili: He is not used as an argument
Yahya ibn Ma'in: Trustworthy
